Dosage and dilution should be determined by a clinician or dietitian and will depend on the patient's age, weight and actual medical condition.
For oral and tube feeding, this product can be added directly to the liquid formulation.
Given that this product is a powdered formulation, it is recommended that it can be mixed with a Titan powdered nutrient and diluted into a nutrient solution when configuring a compounded nutrient solution.
The product can also be dissolved in warm water and taken orally as a neutral flavored nutritional solution.
It is recommended to dilute each sachet with 165 ml of water (i.e. dilute to a standard solution of 1kcal/ml).
Vigorous stirring is recommended to ensure that nutrients are fully dissolved.
Flavoring may be added as needed if used for 6 months or for patients who use this product on an ongoing basis.
Maltodextrin, vegetable fat powders (maltodextrin, low erucic acid rapeseed oil, corn oil, sodium caseinate, coconut oil, mono- and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactate, sodium hexametaphosphate, mixed tocopherol concentrate), whey protein concentrate, sugar cream, inulin, hydrolyzed whey protein powder, retinol palmitate, cholecalciferol, dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate, phytomenadione, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin Pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, nicotinamide, folic acid, calcium D-pantothenate, L-ascorbic acid, D-biotin, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, copper sulfate, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, calcium carbonate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, choline chloride.
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. After brewing, drink immediately or cover and refrigerate at 4°C and consume the product within 8 hours.
