拜乐恩® Nutrition Formula is a complex nutritional powder containing vegetable protein, animal protein, DHA, vegetable fat, fructose, dietary fiber and 15 other vitamins and trace elements. It is suitable for fortifying various basic nutrients as well as DHA and dietary fiber during pregnancy and lactation.

Dosage and dilution should be determined by the clinician or dietitian and will depend on the patient's age, weight and actual medical condition.
For oral and tube feeding, this product can be added directly to the liquid formulation.
Given that this product is a powdered formulation, it is recommended that it can be mixed with a Titan powdered nutrient and diluted into a nutrient solution when configuring a compounded nutrient solution.
The product can also be dissolved in warm water and taken orally as a neutral flavored nutritional solution.
It is recommended to dilute each sachet with 100ml of water (i.e. dilute to a standard solution of 1kcal/ml).
Vigorous stirring is recommended to ensure that the nutrients are fully dissolved.
Flavoring may be added as needed if used for 6 months or for patients who use this product on an ongoing basis.
Whole milk powder, resistant dextrin (water-soluble dietary fiber), maltodextrin, soybean isolate protein, vegetable fat powder, casein, (vegetable protein:animal protein ratio 3:1), mineral premix (maltodextrin, calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium oxide, calcium citrate, iron pyrophosphate, zinc sulfate), crystalline fructose, DHA algae oil powder, vitamin premix (vitamin C, maltodextrin, dl-α-acetate Tocopherol, niacinamide, vitamin A acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12), xanthan gum.
Seal and store in a cool, dry place.
